The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine re payment of environmental tax for utilization of out-of-use transport vehicles”

The law imposes environmental tax for utilization of out-of-use transport vehicles by amending the Tax Code of Ukraine.

The document provides the list of environmental tax payers and tax-exempt persons.

The law provides also the list of non-taxable transportation objects.

The law establishes tax rates for utilization of out-of-use transport vehicles.

The respective bill was registered under No. 0975.
